Do I need a passport to travel internationally
For all international travel, yes. Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. If you’re traveling domestically within the U.S., a valid ID is typically sufficient.
Do I need a passport to travel on a cruise
While it is highly recommended, you do not need a passport if you cruise depart and return from the U.S. However, you will need a valid government picture ID and your long form birth certificate.
Can I pay in installments
Yes! Most of our packages offer flexible payment plans. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the final payment due by the date listed in your confirmation.
What's included in your planning services
Depending on the package, services may include: destination research, flight and hotel booking, itinerary planning, group coordination, payment plans, concierge recommendations, and support before/during/after travel.
Do you offer travel insurance
We highly recommend travel protection. It covers things like cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. If you choose to decline coverage, you’ll be subject to airline, hotel, and supplier terms—which are often non-refundable.
What happens if I need to cancel
Cancellation terms vary by supplier. Refunds are not guaranteed unless your booking is covered by travel protection. Be sure to review your invoice for specific terms.
What happens if my plans changes after booking
We’ll do our best to assist, but changes may result in fees. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can explore your options.
How do I get started booking a trip
Please fill out the Client Form located on the home page to register for one of our hosted group trips or to book a custom trip. Once you’ve submitted your form, we’ll follow up with a custom quote and planning.
